📚 Lash Training Policies:

Full Payment Required: All training courses must be paid in full at the time of booking.

One-on-One Training: All trainings are private unless stated otherwise.

Group & Enterprise Training: We offer customized training for salons, teams, and businesses contact us directly for group rates and travel arrangements.

Location: Trainings are held in Detroit, MI unless otherwise arranged.

Out-of-State Students: We travel to you! Travel fees apply contact us with your location for a custom quote.
All-Inclusive Courses: No need to bring supplies. Every course includes tools, materials, and hands-on instruction.

 

💅🏾 Beauty Service Policies:

Deposit Required: All services require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your total balance.

• You are allowed one reschedule using the same deposit.

• Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit and appointment.

• ​

Hair Services: All hair appointments include a wash and deep conditioning.

No Extra Guests: For safety and focus, no children or additional guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.

​

Age Requirement for Lash Extensions: Clients must be 18 years or older to receive eyelash extension services.

​

Consultations Required: All new clients must complete a consultation before their first service.

Appointment Changes: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to make any changes to your appointment. Open communication is always appreciated.
