Q: Do I have to be licensed to train?

A: No, you can train with us with or without licensing. However, it is your duty to check your state requirements.

 

Q: What is included with the training?

A:  We are the first lash training program that equips students with complete beginners student kits that includes lash kit, portable lashing chair, magnifying lash glasses, certification, and course manual. Therefore no extra purchase in necessary.

Q: Do I receive a certification upon completion?

A: Certificates are earned not given, we require passing of theory, and live model testing. If for some reason student doesn't pass (which is HIGHLY unlikely, all courses are backed by our we promise guarantee.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel/reschedule after I have already registered?

A: All deposits and payments are non-refundable, we encourage and respect communication, so if changes are communicated at least 4 weeks before training date a reschedule will be worked out.

Q: How old do I have to be to train?

A: 18 years of age or older. (Skill set workshops are specialized for high school students for more information please contact us.)

Q: I'm not a US citizen, how can I get certified through ELA?

A: We have an amazing online training course available!

Q: Are payment plans available?

A: Yes be sure to contact us to be setup for an arrangement schedule.

Q: I don't see my city listed and would like to in person training, what do I need to do?

A: You can register for a 1-on-1 session with us. We are located in Atlanta, GA, which you can travel to us to train, or we can travel to you (travel fee applicable).

Q: Are models provided?

A: You will be required to provide a model for live demo.

Q: Is support available after certification?

A: Yes! Lifetime support is included with all training courses.
